International Purchases

All prices are in US dollars. I am currently set up to receive payments from Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. If you are in another country and would like to make a purchase, please contact me and I will update the shopping cart options. Customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment

I only accept Paypal. If you do not yet have an account, you will be prompted to create one when viewing your shopping cart, or you can sign up here. This provides a secure way for customers to purchase items on the internet without having to expose their bank or credit card information. You do not have to have a Paypal account. You may simply enter your credit card info on the Paypal site for payment.

Custom Orders

Most of my jewelry is made to order. I often get requests for unique items such as wedding jewelry. Please contact me prior to purchase if you would like me to customize an item. Requests might be as simple as french earwire instead of kidney earwire or different color stone. I will do my best to accomodate your request. Sorry, I do not work in diamonds.

Materials Used

I only work with recycled metals. Most are milled here in the USA. Creating jewelry can have a negative impact on the environment if not being selective about the source of the materials. You will find locally mined stones and other findings such as sea glass in my jewelry designs. My solder and metals are cadmium, nickel and lead free.

I do not purchase or melt down your old jewelry.

Shipping

All items include insurance and ship USPS First Class after payment has cleared Paypal. Domestic purchases also include Delivery Confirmation.

Most items are made to order. Please allow about two weeks for the creation of your piece in addition to standard shipping times. If you require expedited service, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.

Returns and Cancellations

I want you to be satisfied with your jewelry and will make efforts to correct any problems with your purchase. Please be sure you read through this section to avoid any misunderstandings.

For hygenic reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Custom orders also cannot be returned. This includes all rings so please be sure your ring size is correct before ordering. Since your item is handmade I do not carry inventory of most items.

If you need to return an item, please insure it prior to shipping as I can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Fees associated with shipping are the buyer's responsibility. Items must be returned within two weeks of purchase.
